Residence Montegrappa - Cagliari

the apartment was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, the staff very friendly and helpful.

The appartments were new but the work in them wasn't finished but they are roomy and comfortable but still a bit bare. Private parking was very handy in the middle of the captial city.

There is an automatic fence that opens with your card that they give you to get into the private parking. Our appartment (the bedroom part) was right above it and it was noisy.

Clean, easy, quiet.

The apartment was kind of chilly. Impossible to get the heating working. Also, some efforts could be made to make the environment less clinical and aseptic. The apartment is wonderfully clean, but "cold".

Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely, modern apartment with kitchen. Free gated parking.

Minor gripe: Towel racks and clothes pegs in bathroom would be a good thing!

Overall, very pleased. The room actually turned out to be a small apartment, with kitchenette, living area with sofa bed and a separate bedroom. The apartment was very clean and modern. The whole building is very new. It was easy to find (just off one of the very main rodas) and had free, off street parking which was handy for our hire car. It's only 15 minutes or so from the airport. It was also very quiet, apart from very noisy bin men at one point in the early hours. There didn't seem to be many other people staying there.

No breakfast is included. It would have been nice to have at least had some tea or coffee. Or even some advice about where to get breakfast locally. The area is quite residential and we couldn't see any shops or cafes nearby. We drove into town in the evening as its too far to walk. Note this is you dont have a car. You will have to use pubilc transport or get a taxi into the main city centre. The lift was working. This was fine for us as our apartment was on the 1st floor, but might have been a factor if we had more bags and were staying on a higher floor.

The residence was very clean, a very basic style/design. The location is a little far from the centre if you do not have a car but very easy if you do have a car. The staff are very helpful.

Spacious apartment in a very quiet location, adequately equipped. Their closed parking is very convenient. Reception desk was very helpful.

Wow wow wow I believe I liked it all very much and I go there at any time if I can. Staff specially this pleasant, helpful and professional young lady Marchella is a real asset to the place to have working there. She made my whole stay so smooth and answered all my questions and provided me with the correct information about local restaurant, public transport, bus fares and much more. I believe that no one who stayed there will say any thing wrong about cleanliness. The place is just spotless with brand new extremely comfortable furniture. The whole building looks like it is just one year old or maybe less. Every thing works in the place. The place is just short one minute strole to the 2 bus storp lines both takes aroung 10 minuets or less to the town central and train station where you can also take the airport bus. Very easy to get to by public transport.

Wall too tight, we could hear everything from other apartment and inside the apartment itself if somebody is taking a shower everybody can hear the noise very loudly, not ideal with a baby
